I recently took deliviery of this for my daughter, just before Christmas. The delivery man was very helpful - despite being the weekend before Christmas and the heavy traffic he phoned to tell me he was running late but would get the item to me on the day no matter what time. the bed is really good quality, drawers run easily and looks lovely. My daughter was delighted and I was very impressed with the polite and helpful service over the phone. I have never written a review before but fell aspace should be commended for doing exactly as they promised; having experienced difficulties with another internet-based furniture company, it was a relief to have such a good service.
