Returns
If you are sending something back to us we strongly advise that it is in its original packing and very securely packed. If items are being collected please make sure that they are packed as they came to you.
If you are returning something by Royal Mail we strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting.
We will credit you with the cost of the goods once they arrive safely with us.
Where you have simply changed your mind or do not like a product there is a nominal £10 collection charge. In these cases, we are sorry but we cannot reimburse the original delivery charge.
We recommend that you retain all packaging until you are sure that the product is right for you and we suggest that you do not assemble large items if you are unsure of keeping them.
Please also note that we can't accept “changed-my-mind” returns of furniture that has been partly or full assembled or of mattresses, bean bags, etc. that have been unwrapped.
