Our Customer Service Centre staff can advise you about stock availability, colour coordination, etc. Ninety nine per cent of the time they will also be able to answer any other questions that you have. If they can’t help you there and then they will find out the answer and call you back. They generally remain unflappable when faced with even the trickiest challenges. Give them a go.

If you place your order by phone we will confirm availability and agree a convenient delivery date with you. Credit/Debit cards are only charged when the goods are in stock and ready for dispatch.

 Directions
  • From the West or North - Take Junction 17 of the M5 - Bristol (W). On the roundabout take the 4th exit (A4018). Follow the A4018 for 4 miles (over 4 roundabouts). Continue forward onto Westbury Road - A4018 (signposted City Centre). Travel another 1/2 mile and we are on the right hand side.
  • From the East and Wales - Take Junction 19 of the M4 - Bristol (M32). Follow the M32 to the end (A4032). Continue forward onto A4044. At St James Barton roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Marlborough Street - B4051 passing the Bristol Royal Infirmary. Keep in right-hand lane then at traffic signals bear right (signposted Clifton, Redland, Westbury on Trym) At Victoria Rooms turn right onto the A4018 (signposted Westbury) Continue forward on A4018 for half a mile and we are on the left hand side.

 Directions
  • From Central London - On the right (North) side of Chiswick High Road a block and a half after the junction with Chiswick Lane (A316)
  • From the West - On the left (North) side of Chiswick High Road a block and half after the junction with Turnham Green Terrace
  • By Tube - District Line to Turnham Green. Turn left out of the station, at Chiswick High Road turn left again and walk a block and a half.
