Delivery Information
If your order is for furniture or other bulky items we will always contact you to agree a delivery that day that is convenient for you. Small items are sent by Royal Mail and should arrive within 2-3 days.
There is a one-off delivery charge which covers your whole order and is based on the largest item in your order.

Small items are things such as duvets, pillows, accessories, etc.
Medium items are items such as bedside cabinets, beds in bags, etc.
Everything else is a Large or Extra Large Item.
Our standard delivery charges apply to all addresses within the UK excluding the Scottish Highlands and any islands, including Northern Ireland – sorry! These are charged per kilogram and are quoted at the time of entering your delivery address on the site. Overseas customers will be provided a quote for delivery on receipt of your order.
