Gift Terms & Conditions


UK Delivery
There is a standard delivery charge of £4.95 per UK delivery address no matter how many items you order. Standard deliveries are dispatched the day after your payment has been processed via Royal Mail First Class Packet Post. This service is usually very quick but can sometimes take up to five days to arrive.

Next Day Delivery
If you need your items in a hurry we can dispatch via courier on the day of your order to arrive with you the next day (if you order by midday).  For most UK postcodes the charge for this service is £7.95.  For postcodes in AB, C, D, HS, IV, KA, KW, PA, PH and ZE postal zones the charge is £9.95.  Please note that next day delivery is only available on orders containing gift items only.

Delivery Outside the UK
We can happily dispatch pretty much anywhere on the planet but please call for us for a quotation 0845 872 2662

Stock
We endeavour to hold everything in stock for immediate dispatch. However, as we approach Christmas it is inevitable that some items will go out of stock. If that is the case with anything on your order we will let you know straight away and also let you know when we expect new stock to arrive.

Returns
Everything is covered by our no quibbles returns policy. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase simply return it to us unused and in its original packaging at The Old Silk Works, Beech Avenue, Warminster BA12 8LX within 30 days for a replacement or a refund. If you are returning something we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. Original delivery charges are not refunded on a return.

The last days for placing orders guaranteed to arrive by Christmas are as follows:
Standard UK Delivery - 18th Dec
Next Day UK Delivery - 22nd Dec (19th December for outlying postcodes as listed above)

Retail Stores
Due to space considerations retail stores may not be able to hold stock of every item shown here but we can always order something into store for you provided we have it in the warehouse.

We take care to ensure that all details, colours, descriptions and prices of the products are correct; but we reserve the right to change any of these without notice. Aspace Ltd cannot accept liability for any failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the catalogue or online or provided with these products. Your statutory rights are not affected.
